     Incipio empowers tomorrow's leaders.


Incipio empowers under-represented youth around the world by promoting their unique business ideas. We inspire, train, and mentor youth (ages 14-19) who are either socio-economically and/or historically disadvantaged to envision, plan, and operate successful businesses in today's international marketplace.

 

            

According to the U.S. Department of Labor - In July 2009, 4.4 million youth were unemployed, up by nearly 1.0 million from July 2008. The youth unemployment rate was 18.5 percent in July 2009, the highest July rate on record for the series, which began in 1948.
